Panda Garage Company Policy

INDEMNITY: Customer will indemnify and hold Panda Garage / Expec International Inc. harmless from all liability and damages incurred as a result of any parts purchased and/or installed by the customer.

REFUNDS: All sales are final and no refund shall be given on any returned merchandise.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES:
1. All requests for exchanges/credit must be made within five (5) days from invoice date.
2. This original invoice is required for all credits/exchanges.
3. There will be no exchange/credit for electronics, light blubs, and special orders.
4. A restocking fee of 30% will be charged on all exchanged and credited merchandise.
5. Parts MAY NOT be returned if modified, installed, or used.

SPECIAL ORDERS:
1. A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required for all special orders.
2. Special orders are processed in a timely manner. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, some special orders may be delayed. Panda Garage makes every attempt to notify the customer of such delays in advance, and of unexpected future delays. However Panda Garage is not responsible for such delays and cannot honor refund requests on such orders.
3. Unreasonable delays are subject to refund and/or return.

WARRANTY: Other than product manufacturer's warranty, no warranty is expressed or implied by Panda Garage.

GUARANTEE: Engines sold with Panda Garage's 30-day start up guarantee are guaranteed for the engine block alone, engine accessories and components are not included.

Condition of Sale
After 7 calendar days from date of purchase, all purchases made at Panda Garage are final.
There is a 30% restocking fee for all returned orders, unless otherwise noted.
All items purchased from Panda Garage will be shipped out around in 2-3 business days (if item is in stock). We may have item delay for shipping if we get many orders in the same time.
Any items that are not in stock will be shipped when it arrives at our warehouse.
All items that are not picked up or shipped out within 30 calendar days will be forfeited to PANDA GARAGE. (This means that we keep your product if you do not pick it up within 30 days, or you decide to delay shipping of the item for more than 30 days.)

Accepting Delivered Items
Panda Garage is not responsible for any items that leave our warehouse facility once it is packed and picked up by our delivery service (FedEx/Freight Carrier/etc.)
All packages must be inspected and accepted (signed for) if everything arrives in satisfactory condition. If it looks damaged, DO NOT SIGN FOR IT. All items that leave Panda Garage are used unless otherwise noted.
If you receive a damaged item from the delivery driver, please call the shipping company immediately and make a damaged goods claim. This is YOUR responsibility, not ours. Once it leaves our warehouse, it is between you and the shipping company. All packages are provided with insurance free of charge.

Fitment of Replica/Fiberglass parts
All replica/fiberglass parts should be installed by a body shop that has experience in working with fiberglass. A normal collision repair shop that uses OEM bumper parts may have trouble making alterations to the kits.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE FITMENT ON ANY REPLICA/FIBERGLASS PARTS.
Replica/Fiberglass parts generally fit well, but there are exceptions to the rule and we do not cover those exceptions. We suggest the best fitment will be authentic OEM JDM parts.

ALL CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS WILL BE CHARGED 9.75% TAX.
If you live out of state you will not be charged any tax.
